Save the Date for the 2012 Morehead-Cain Alumni Forum!
The 2012 Morehead-Cain Alumni Forum will kick off in Chapel Hill on Friday, October 19 and wrap up Sunday, October 21.
Alumni and scholars are invited to join us for three days of great conversation, insightful speakers, and fantastic performances.
This year’s lineup will include:
- Peter Henry ’91, dean of New York University’s Stern School of Business. You can enjoy a profile of Peter in the latest edition of The Scholar, the Morehead-Cain alumni magazine.
- Alan Murray ’77, deputy managing editor of the Wall Street Journal.
- Sallie Krawcheck ’87, former Citi and Bank of America executive and ones of Forbes most powerful women in business.
- Wade Smith ’60, a high-profile defense attorney based in Raleigh.
- Karen Stevenson ’79, senior counsellor at Buchalter Nemer in los Angeles.
- Dave Bernath ’89, executive vice president for program strategy at Comedy Central.
- Jim Copland ’94, director of the Manhattan Institute’s Center for Legal Policy.
- Lisa Abbott ’92, director of organizing and leadership development at Kentuckians for the Commonwealth. You can enjoy a profile of Lisa in the latest edition of The Scholar, the Morehead-Cain alumni magazine.
Your emcees and scholar hosts will be the charming and talented Jacob Sharp ’13 and Joseph Terrell ’13, two-thirds of the breakout Americana group Mipso Trio.
