When we came back home, Adma and Marlon wanted to reward us with the Belizean delicacy, “cow foot soup.”

Quite literally, the soup is a beef broth with this big cow hoof plopped down inside.

It tastes very much like you would predict a cooked hoof to taste.

I felt obligated to finish my soup and clean off my hoof (and ended up doing just that) because the dish is very expensive in Belize and, to be quite honest, that will probably be the first and last time I consume cow feet….
