I spent a welcome weekend away from the noise and traffic of Delhi, heading north to Chandigarh in the state of Punjab.
With my top-level detective work, these are the differences I sleuthed out between Chandigarh and Delhi:
1. No street dogs, dead (RIP) or otherwise
2. Minimal cows strolling the streets, flaunting their forbidden beef
3. Presence of streetlamps
4. Presence of a blue sky
5. Absence of on-the-minute traffic accidents
