It’s 3 a.m. We comb through thoughts and memories, pick through details and bits of course readings. We try to make sense of this messy world and our place in it.

We’re hungry. “I have daal lentils!” offers Amanda, sticking her head out from a box of non perishables. “There are some tortillas in the fridge!” I reply.

Another eclectic meal, another unplanned late-night, soul-baring search for answers.
